Jean-Marie Putz

Colour: Pale gold
The nose is both mineral and fruity. And the nose develops favorably as and when the aeration in the glass goes on. Odors become more marked and more farmy. The nose is not overly complex but very pleasant.
In the mouth, there is first an unexpected freshness rapidly evolving towards a pleasant bitterness. Some vegetal notes, a hint of Suze and then impressions of heady flowers. A whisky that is changing fast. Beautiful complexity despite its rapid evolution, it remains well balanced.
A medium finish, quite fresh extends the mouth so nicely.
