Colour: Pale gold
The nose is relatively quiet. Herbaceous notes and peat appear very quickly, hiding somehow nice citrus notes. The nose is quite classic in fact.
On the palate, notes of peat and medicinal. Mouth moving rather rapidly to vegetal nice bitterness, but remains fairly quiet overall.
The finish is long, complex and relatively fresh.
