Colour: Old gold
Despite a slight tingling, this nose is pretty soft and relatively complex, with floral notes. After the floral notes, beautiful and frank citrus and orange peel hints.
The first attack is pretty sweet, then alcohol is enhancing in power, and it is only after a few moments (time for the taste buds to recover) that tastes that the nose had not guessed emerge. It is not like the citrus on the nose, but the milk chocolate. A second sip, citrus appear, and a slight metallic taste that does not bring anything positive.
The finish is long and pleasant, shared memories of citrus and chocolate.
This is a quite nice Ben Nevis...
