Color: Gold
The nose is very nice, though a bit austere on dried fruits, cashew nuts. A nice bitterness slowly moving discreetly to fruity notes. After a few minutes of ventilation, very beautiful and fresh notes of green fruits complete the picture. Complex and balanced.
The palate is progressive with a sort of crescendo. Again the notes of nuts are present. Again it is the subtlety and balance that characterize this refined whisky.
The finish is long and the perfect extension of the mouth.
