Colour: Old gold
After a few seconds initialy marked by a certain austerity, nose gets quite complex in developing beautiful nutty chocolate and some distant hints of smoke. Some fruity notes appear later. Green apple and citrus. The nose is greatly improved with a little aeration.
The first taste is distinctly acid, the lemon and nutty notes quickly offset the acidity by a pleasant bitterness. Many different sensations in the mouth. Nice complexity but slightly at the expense of balance. This is offset by the explosion of flavors that are a real treat
The finish is medium length, fresh and pleasantly complex, combining notes of citrus and those of cashews.
