Colour: Old gold
Nose first rather discrete with subtle notes of dried fruit, hazelnut. The nose is growing slowly to reveal the orange peel. Some distant hints of smoke. Finally nice citrus notes come and complete the picture which shows clearly complexity while remaining very balanced.
First, very fresh, citrus notes come first, followed by slightly bitter pretty notes of cashew and then smoke. very discreet The flavors appear in reverse order of the nose, but everything is there.
Here too subtlety, complexity and balance. We might have liked one or two more degrees of alcohol, but it's great like that.
The finish is relatively short and prolongs perfectly the nose and mouth. The same characteristics, subtle complexity and balance.
