Colour: Straw
The nose is intense but difficult to define. Hints of malt mixed with sea spray first and after a few moments of aeration, nice fruity notes appear. That's a nose that needs a little time to reveal its full potential.
The first impression is excellent on the palate, a nice mix of fruit, bitterness and malty sweetness. Also a very nice evolution. Still this contrast, well balanced between fruit and a slight bitterness. Some wood. A very nice surprise.
The final, rather fresh and fruity has the same extremely pleasant contrast between the fruit and bitterness.
