Colour: Pale yellow
A very fresh nose combining notes of yellow fruit with aromas of cut grass. Then just discrete notes of biscuit. Alcohol seems well integrated at the the nose and without being very complex the nose that is well balanced while presenting a series of different facets.
The first impression on the palate is very pleasant, mix of acid notes and ripe fruit. Very surprising and very interesting.
The mouth extends very well the nose, and the same impressions of balanced complexity are present here too.
The finish is fresh and has the same characteristics as the nose and mouth. The length is medium.
An excellent bottle.
