Dark brown colour matured in refill sherry wood
Nose: deep sherry sweetness, anise, smooth
Taste: Strong and heavy at first, less sherry, more maltiness, than the sherry oak comes in, long soft burn.
35 years, the right moment for bottling. Very balanced.
