Colour: Old gold
The nose is first of all marked by an intense smoke that commands attention. Citrus fruits are not missing either. A lovely combination of both gives us a very balanced and complex whisky.
Peat appears a little later and is relatively unobtrusive in front of the smoke and citrus notes.
On the palate, we find the same mix of smoke, citrus and to a lesser degree of peat. A mouth at once spectacular and extremely enjoyable.
The finish is very long and hot. The same impressions in the mouth and nose: smoke, citrus, sod, balance and complexity.
