Colour: Old gold
The nose is pleasantly marked by ripe fruit. Relatively monotonous but extremely friendly. After a few moments, the scent of ripe fruit mingle with those of green fruit, which tends to increase the fun along with the complexity (which remains however relative).
On the palate, it is primarily an extension of the nose. We stay on the mixed notes of green and ripe fruit. But soon a nice long and discreet bitterness is added. The mouth is more complex than the nose, and is perfectly balanced. A nice surprise.
The finish is long and balanced, especially keeping the memory of this pleasantly understated bitterness of a mixture of cashews and walnuts.
