Color: Amber
Peat and sherry in perfect balance characterize the nose first. Next are fruit, ripe citrus and chocolate, plums and coffee. The nose is complex and well balanced
The mouth is first titillated by pretty notes of peat and sherry comes quickly complete the picture. An impression of coffee, cocoa, which contrasts with the nose slightly, since peat seems quieter here.
The finish is long and hot, with peaty dominant. All impressions of sherry that were so present in the mouth appear to have faded in the final, leaving the whole place to peat.
