A nose of a beautiful freshness. Mix of heady flowers and freshly cut grass. Very nice floral notes accompanied by a slight bitterness (gentian) confer extraordinary freshness to this whisky.
In the palate, we find all these elements back, this mixture of vegetable bitterness and floral notes. Another example of balance, and nuanced complexity. Nothing too spectacular, but a particularly well built and perfectly succeeded whisky.
The final holds no surprise. It is exactly what is expected after such a mouth. Long and pleasant.
Another marvellous whisky signed Malts of Scotland.
