The nose offers an interesting profile, although it is somewhat elusive. A mixture of malt and floral notes (heather?) Relatively complex. Notes of straw are being added and some traces of fruit.
On the palate, the first attack is surprising. An explosion of flavors between the plum and mocha. Very warm, that mouth is constantly evolving, very complex and really nice. Also a beautiful contrast between the notes of cocoa and a certain freshness given by the acid notes that are present throughout the tasting.
The finish is very long and hot. The memory of the pleasure of the mouth is prolonged for many minutes.
