Jean-Marie Putz

Colour: Old gold
The nose needs a lot of time to begin to reveal something. After a few minutes we managed to detect a mixture of malted barley and bitterness. Then a hint of marshmallow.
The first impression in the mouth is rather surprising. After the hyper discretion of the nose, the palate is quite violent. Presence of alcohol, acidity mingled with bitterness. Green fruit, nut, but all a bit messy. After a few moments, that mouth calms down a bit and everything is now dominated by notes of milk chocolate and mocha.
The finish prolongs the mouth. Chocolate and mocha are present, as well as bitterness.
