Jean-Marie Putz

Colour: Straw
The nose is marked by floral scents of heather with a slight bitterness (gentian). This bitterness fades quickly to reveal hints of honey.
The palate is very complex. After an initial attack on the fruit and a stealthy return of bitterness, a mix of sensations in the mouth. The fruit, however, remain slightly behind compared to the first impression.
The finish is long and pleasantly fresh. All the sensations of the mouth remain there for long moments.
