Colour: Dark Mahogany
The nose shows a strong focus on the sherry, with a hint of medicinal smells, a touch of bitterness and ultimately an olfactory delight.
In the mouth the first attack is on acid notes mixed with the sherry from the nose. Then, sherry gets over it and everything balances harmoniously. Subtle hints of mocha and coffee.
The finish is pleasantly long and the memory persisted sherry.
