Color: Gold
The nose is fruity and fresh. Beautiful notes of ripe pear, green apple with a slight touch of acidity (gentian). A slight tingling due to the presence of alcohol is definitely present. Some spices also.
The palate is very fruity as well. Some nice contrasts between the acidity of green apple and other softer notes as the pear which was already present in the nose give him a pretty complex.
The finish is fresh and fruity length.
A very nice whisky but not really surprising.
