Color: Gold
The nose is clearly marked by a blend of notes of peat and yeast. This profile should certainly appeal to fans of the peat, but personally it turns me off a bit.
After a few minutes of aeration, notes of smoke (BBQ) make their way.
On the palate, it is primarily peat which dominates. Fortunately the smell of yeast of the nose have no equivalent here. The taste is quite pleasant, without much complexity, but well balanced. There is no dissonance here, although we would have liked a little more variety.
The final catch up a bit the weaknesses of the nose and the monotony of the mouth. In addition to the memories of smoke and peat, notes of mocha are present here.
