Color: Amber
The nose is first above all discreet. It takes time for this whisky to reveal its qualities. After a few minutes of aeration, very nice notes appear delicately peated, gently mixed with distant echoes of chocolate. The whole is characterized by a surprising sweetness.
The taste is very balanced and very pleasant. While not very complex, but complete with beautifully peaty tastes pretty mixed with fruity notes. No discomfort due to the alcohol.
The finish is quite long, and just like the nose and mouth, the dominant impression is balance. It is fairly discreet and very subtle.
