Colour: Straw
A very present peat that will not squish the nose. Beyond the peat, fine notes of smoke, barbecue. The nose is very fresh despite an otherwise nice bitterness (cigar box).
The first impression in the palate is that of a fairly big freshness. A mixture of peat and citrus. The mouth is very pleasant without being overly complex. Spices compliment this amazing mouth freshness.
The final also plays in the register of freshness. All impressions of the mouth meet there. The finish is long and very pleasant.
