Jean-Marie Putz

The nose presents nice floral notes mixed with some discreet yeast hints followed by some fruity acidity (more like acid drop than unripe fruit). Nice freshness anyway.
The mouth is both sweet and acid and develops on some alcoholic aggressiveness before consolidating on a kind of bitterness. Nice complexity anyway.
The finish is rather long and marked by the same freshness the nose was, once the alcohol impression dims...

Probably this bottle suffered from aeration. The impression is quite different from last time (well this was a few years ago)
