The nose is clearly marked by peat and smoke but not exclusively. In addition to the smell of cold, barbecue we perceive some very discrete hints of fruit. There are also some hints of burnt tire ...
The mouth is very pleasant despite undeniable presence of alcohol. Notes of coffee, there is well peat, dominating some timid fruity notes. That's a Laphroaig who does not hide his game Everything is well balanced, even if we would have liked a little more complexity.
Nice long finish and warm wishes. The impressions of coffee persist long enough.
