Apperance: Very dark red amber
Nose: Butter scotch, vanilla fudge, toffee and some saw dust. A little raisins later. Develops more dried fruits and rubber.
Body: Big and thick
Palate: Very sherried with dried fruits. Very long, sherry dry finish. Very smooth and complex with water added. A little over enthusiastic sherry in the finish marks the whole impression down slightly, but a great bottling and a true sherry bomb.
