A nose of rare finesse. Beautiful notes of gingerbread, the ripe fruit and gentian ... in short, a wonderful blend of sweet spices, fruity sweetness and bitterness. Notes of green fruit are added, giving a new dimension to the nose: a nice note. acid
The nose is constantly changing.
The mouth is the perfect extension of the nose. Here too the taste buds travel in a complex world, the four cardinal points of taste ... sweetness, bitterness and acidity ... The whole is beautifully balanced, complex but still a great classic. No false note.
The finish is pleasantly warm and relatively long. Here too, we find in turn the bitter notes and the sweetness of ripe fruit. Spices are less present than in the nose.
