The nose is initially aggressive, sharp, but after a few minutes of aeration, it calms down considerably. We now are dealing with fine notes of dried herb, but also light hints of yeast.
The smell of yeast from the first nose are also found in the mouth, at least initially. Fortunately after a few seconds, they are a great way to cool the mouth and becomes slightly more complex. Some barely ripe tropical fruit, a little honey. In short, a pleasant mouth but hard to describe.
The finish is long and fresh. Always pleasant and difficult to describe this feeling that continues to float throughout this beautiful finish.
