Colour: Pale yellow.
The nose is deliciously peaty. Nice fruity notes appear quickly behind a veil of smoke. Complex, pleasant and balanced. Peat does not dominate the set brazenly and freshness is not absent.
The palate is more complex than the nose, at least after a while. A first impression of ash rapidly evolving into peat and then to the fruit. A nice balance between the fruity freshness and peat. A very nice presence in the mouth.
The finish is warm first. Then it changes slowly to the tastes of coffee before returning quite fruity.
Excellent bottle.
