Colour: Straw
A floral nose, typical of Highland Park with notes of heather. Not very complex but very balanced. The beautiful floral notes are complemented after a few minutes by sweet scents of honey and a hint of sea air.
The palate differs rather from the high expectations of the nose. First acid and slightly aggressive, the mouth appears to be very fresh and slightly bitter. Away from the sweetness of honey, which appeared at the end of nose. Some metallic notes but overall a great success. A mouth that does not come out of the box .
The finish is the perfect extension of the mouth. As rich as the nose, it is long and develops a little on metallic notes that eventually give way to pleasant memories floral.
