Color: Gold
A nose of rare complexity. Very cool mix of notes (cut grass, sour apple) and a slight woody giving a very nice bitterness (Gentian). The whole is fully integrated and has an outstanding balance. Freshness dominates the bitterness, which only heightens the pleasure of the nose.
The first impression in the mouth prolongs the nose: a fresh green apple slightly bitter. Here too, all very nice, always with the predominance of the freshness of the bitterness.
A mouth without reproach.
The finish is long and soft, contrasting strikingly with the mouth. Here toffee notes seem to take the place of green fruit and gentian marking the nose.
