Strong nose...slight peat with floral notes. First taste, full bodied, lively, complex. Finishes long...that slight peat is constant drom start to finish, I find it adds to the overall taste.

Henrik Johansson
Apperance: Pale gold
Nose: Quite clean first impressions, a lightly peated nose with a hint of leatheryness, some plastic elements, linen and fish stew. The diluted nose becomes more burnt with some coal gas which was barely noticable in the straight dram. Aniseed, mustard and salted oysters blend with some mossy water and a fresh, interesting tangerine smell.
Body: Medium, slightly heavierPalate: Sweet start, mouth filling and pleasant. Quite gentle and clean to start with, there's a slightly earthy flavour which then becomes vanilla like and slightly kippery. The finish is very long and salutes a very nice dram.
