The nose is first rather discrete and evolves slowly toward fruity notes mixed with hints of minerals. Honey but also flowers, some fruit, the nose is quite elusive and therefore difficult to describe with precision. One thing is certain: it is pleasant.
The mouth is first very smooth, but soon displayed such mineral notes already present in the nose, and a mixture of earth, fruit and wood give it a nice complexity. Nice mouth, even if we would have preferred to see the fruits outweigh minerality.
The finish prolongs the mouth and is long and hot. Here too, the earthy outweigh the fruity richness guessed at the beginning of mouth.
