Colour: Straw
The first nose is aggressive, intense itching occur. We must give him a few minutes of aeration and work it out ... Very pretty floral nose and fresh. Extremely fragrant, very pleasant and complex.
The first palate is very pleasant, even if alcohol does not seem perfectly controlled. Complex, it combines notes of chocolate and green fruit and then some interesting notes slightly bitter. Very nice balance between a wide variety of tastes.
The finish is rather long and hot. The bitterness of the mouth perfectly mingles with notes of milk chocolate.
Quite an unexpected whisky but very well made.
