Colour: Pale yellow
Fireplace, barbecue, wood fire, peat. The nose is very expressive though not overly complex. Smoke foremost, quite subtle but very present marine notes, this is what characterizes this lovely nose.
On the palate, beautiful impressions, more complex than the nose. A nice balance, an explosion of tastes, even if they all revolve around the same theme: smoke, barbecue, toast, bread crust overcooked (yum). Alcohol is present (warm feeling) but never annoying (nice balance and perfect integration).
A lingering and hot finish, where all notes of the mouth are found. A real pleasure because of its wealth.
