Nose.: Sweet and round with strong floral hints. Sweet porridge or semolina pudding with sweetened condensed milk. Forest honey and very present cut grass, hey, you could have to sneeze if you have a tendency to hay fever...
Taste.: As expected, the palate is also very sweet with less strong floral notes. Very soft and gentle without any sign of smoke but also unfortunately a lack of complexity or deepness. Very lowlandish and friendly.
Finish: Rather long and pleasureful, here some beautiful impressions enter: The floral notes combined with the honey blend to a beautiful beautifully balanced finale with some spicy and easy bitter injections.
This is a dram for those who like it mellow, but I guess some more percents of alcohol could do! the bottling some favours.
