Colour: Pale yellow
Aromas of hay appear in the first olfactory contact. Distant hay and some notes of yeast, soon followed by some relatively austere fruit notes but far from devoid of interest. No great exuberance, but a fairly consistent even if the nose is not my favorite flavor profile.
A good first impression quickly followed by an increase in strength of acid notes and fresh but relatively tasteless. Some complexity, however. Nice mouth for a drink of whiskey but not really extraordinary.
The finish is fresh and relatively short, it is fresh and prolongs the mouth without surprise.
