Color: Pale yellow
The nose is deliciously fruity. No great complexity even if notes of a slight bitterness are added to the initial sweetness. Very nice nose anyway.
The first impression is quite austere and all the fruity character of the nose seems to have disappeared. Then the taste evolves (always in austerity) on bitter or even metallic notes. A relatively monotonous mouth that does not match my taste preferences.
The finish is relatively short and prolongs the mouth, on the same flavors between metal and bitterness.
