Color: Pale yellow
A fruity nose between green apple and ripe pear. The contrast between the fruity notes does not necessarily mean that this nose is very complex. Some slightly peppery notes and an impression of wet undergrowth complete this pleasant but not extraordinary nose.
The slightly alcoholic mouth begins with beautiful fruity notes that evolve rather quickly towards something between acid and bitter. Here too, there is not much complexity and we are not faced with a remarkably balanced whiskey.
Of medium length, the finish is more pleasant than the mouth. The fruity sweetness wins after a brief passage by a certain bitterness.
