Jean-Marie Putz

Gold color
Meaty notes quickly appear on the nose. Behind these somewhat unusual notes are hints of fruit behind beautiful peppery impressions.
The palate is pleasant, perfectly balanced between impressions of raw meat juice and a slight bitterness chocolate. It is also relatively complex without presenting a wide range of tastes.
The finish is long and hot. The memory of chocolate notes lingers in the mouth and the balance of the mouth is preserved.
Another beautiful Mortlach.
