Very nice fruity nose. Riche taste palette developing from plum jam to ripe mango. Light tingling, but this is quite normal, considering the alcohol percentage.
The mouth is not different from the nose, very well balanced. Warm and is not hindered by the alcohol. Even if it is not very complex, it remains very pleasant. Ripe fruit, sherry memories, a touch of chocolate.
The finish is exceptionally long and warm. This also remains in the same register as the nose and the mouth were. An excellent cask, and the cask strength version was only available to participants to the Witch 2010 (Whisky in the Church), but a diluted version will be available in the Jean Boyer range. I would like to compare this 43% version to that excellent cask strength version.
