A nice floral freshness fills up the first nose. Behind this first vegetal notes, some nice smooth and fruity flavours seem to be present. Honey notes mixed with dried flowers on a fresh cut grass field. Peaches and bananas in addition.
The first mouth is quite acid and marked by alcohol. Some pear alcohol impression which quickly degrades on some neutral alcohol but burning seriously the palate. What a contrast with the nose.
The finish is short and keeps very few memories of this whisky after its violent trip through the mouth.

Note: The great deception was to discover the whisky (this was a blind tasting note), because I expected much more from this version, specially because the 8 years old version was very great.
