The nose, wel marked by peat and floral smels, is deliciously complew and annouces a great whisky.
In the mouth, the taste goes from earthy peat hints ot nut notes, and then on nice fruity touches, nicely fresh and finally to a kind of woody bitterness. Smoky hinst are perceptible as well.
The finish is lingering and warm, somewhere between smoke and woody bitterness.
2006The nose, very complex, is marked by peat on a floral background and some remote smoke hints.
The palate is rather complex too, and the peat, the smoke and the salt are mixed with some ripe fruit notes.
The long and pleasant finish ends on malt and smoke, after some strong nut hints.
