PASSABLE??? NAZE N AYONS PAS PEUR DU MOT NAZE surtout bien mérité pour un Palace ! ! La pour "le coût" c'est pas un établissement étoilé mais un seul épi!

La sélection de whiskies est effectivement nullissime.
Comment pouvaient-ils oser proposer ces whiskies quand par ailleurs ils ont une cave à vins superbe?
Ou alors ils se sont gardés toutes les bonnes bouteilles de whisky ?

Oui le plus long et certainement le plus nullissime à la hauteur de leur collection et c'était sûr vu la longueur: signé d'une fille!

C'est un établissement Français, donc qu'il privilégie sur sa carte des vins et spiritueux Français, ça me semble plutôt logique, y compris dans une optique touristique.

Après, c'est vrai que la liste des whiskys est sans commune mesure avec le reste, mais de là à dire que tout est à jeter ...

Alors, autant leur 21yo à 110€ ne me semble pas une affaire, mais pour qui à goûté ce 30yo, là, ça mérite également de s'y attarder.

Par contre, là ou c'est la vraie misère, c'est en rhum. Parce que mine de rien, avec ses DOM/TOM, la France est un pays producteur.

W à part le Glen 30 y et peut être le Balvenie 21 y rien à ce mettre sous la dent.

A part cela il était temps de le rénové cet hôtel il n'était plus que l'ombre de lui même.
A ce propos, et si mes renseignements sont exactes, le Ritz va subir la même chose.

Le Ritz est réouvre en 2014 je n'ai pas entendu vu quoi que ce soit sur une vente aux enchères Ritz et Spiritueux pour ceux et celle qui savent : L'Hemingway qui est connu et reconnu son bartender de l'époque a écrit de nombreux livres sur ses cocktails dont http://www.amazon.com/Cocktails-Paris-C ... 0743247523

La réputation de ce bar a fait "son assise" grâce à ses talents : lui et ses cocktails donc du coup difficile de vendre ses spiritueux quand on a basé son fond de commerce sur les coktails spirits..

Paris is traditionally more of a wine and Champagne capital than a hub of mixed-drink innovation. Patrons at the city's cafes sip wine and munch peanuts, seated in rickety chairs facing the street. The Hemingway Bar, by contrast, is a much more intimate scene. It only has room for 34 people and is adorned with the writer's rifle and other memorabilia. But despite being unlike other Parisian bars, it has been the center of the city's cocktail culture since it reopened in 1994 after a near decadelong hiatus, thanks to Mr. Field's original drinks.

The closing of the Hemingway Bar comes, unfortunately, at a time when Paris is starting to embrace the cocktail more fully. A smattering of speak-easies has opened in recent years, such as the Curio Parlor and the Experimental Cocktail Club (soon opening in New York), featuring more exotic creations than your average mojito. In case you can't see Mr. Field before he serves the bar's last drink (or visit him wherever he lands next), here is one of his signature cocktails, the Serendipity, to make at home.

70 euros estimation il y peut être des gens qui eux renchériront plus...que les 70 eur estimés parce que c'est " Crillon" mm si pas estampillé Crillon je connais bcp de gens qui à la suite de vente RM ( Royal Monceau) se targue d'avoir... Dans leur salon...
Après on ne sait pas mais il y a certainement le prix de réserve... N'oubliez pas que c'est une vente aux enchères et non une vente flash.


Après je suis d'accord, on est en France il faut bien exporter tous nos produits et culture d'une manière ou d'une autre.... C'est mm très logique que le Crillon mettait en avant nos bouteilles .C 'est le restant d'une tradition familiale : Les Taittinger ... En 1973, les hôtels de prestige comme Le Crillon, Le Lutetia, Le Louvre à Paris ou Le Martinez à Cannes sont réunis au sein de la filiale Concorde Hotels & Resorts du Groupe Taittinger ... En 2005 la famille pour des raisons de succession a vendu tout ce beau patrimoine à un fond d'inv ou HF ( Hedge Fund) US qui lui mm a revendu en 2005 dont le Crillon a une famille saoudienne...

L'hôtel Crillon, fermé depuis fin mars pour rénovation, a vendu lundi 22 avril 2013 aux enchères 2.000 des 17.000 bouteilles de sa cave pour un total de 300.000 euros (frais compris), dont une bouteille de Romanée Conti 2005, adjugée 3.900 euros, et un cognac d'exception parti à 9.100 euros.

La vente du mobilier de l'hôtel, réalisée de jeudi à lundi matin, a quant à elle elle rapporté un total de 5,7 millions d'euros (frais compris), soit cinq fois les prévisions. Les enchères se poursuivaient mardi avec la vente des cuisines de l'hôtel de luxe.

« L’EFFET CRILLON»

Star des enchères de lundi, une bouteille de cognac Louis XIII Black Pearl de la maison Rémy Martin a trouvé preneur au prix de 9.100 euros.

Les prix pour le vin ont dans l'ensemble été moindres que ceux du mobilier, restant souvent proches des estimations. "Il y a une cotation pour le vin" d'après le commissaire-priseur Stéphane Aubert de la maison Artcurial. "Mais nous sommes au-dessus de ces cotations, il y a toujours l'effet Crillon", s'est-il réjoui.

La plupart des bouteilles de vin rouge, bordeaux et bourgogne, étaient estimées entre 50 et 500 euros. Toutefois quelques-unes étaient bien au-dessus de ces prix. Le grand cru La Tache 2005, du domaine de la Romanée Conti en Bourgogne, a été adjugé à 3.900 euros, et celle de 2002 à 2.600 euros.

Une bouteille de Pessac Léognan, Château Haut Brion 1961, a été adjugée à 1.720 euros.

LES ENCHÈRES MONTENT SUR DES CHOSES STRATÉGIQUES

Jérôme Moreau, chef sommelier du Crillon, s'est dit "ravi" de la vente. "Des gens sont venus pour se faire plaisir, et il y a aussi des professionnels, car les enchères montent sur des choses stratégiques, prestigieuses", a-t-il déclaré.

Une jeune femme, qui n'a pas voulu donner son nom, venue aux enchères "pour un acheteur étranger amateur de vin", a surenchéri sur 25 lots mais est repartie avec deux bouteilles. "On a affaire à des gens au téléphone qui raflent tout, qui veulent refaire toute leur cave", a-t-elle dit.

Marc Averseng a acheté six bouteilles de sauternes pour sa mère. "Elle aime le sauternes et on était venus au Crillon. C'est un clin d'oeil !", a-t-il raconté. Concernant la vente du mobilier, François Tajan, co-président d'Artcurial et commissaire-priseur, s'est réjoui d'une "vente magique", "au-delà de ce qu'on imaginait".

Des 3.500 lots, c'est le bar du sculpteur César qui est parti au plus haut prix, à 324.800 euros (et non 311.594 euros, comme l'avait dit Artcurial vendredi), acquis par un collectionneur d'art contemporain européen.

Plus de la moitié des ventes s'est faite sur internet, avec 2.700 inscrits pour participer à la vente en direct, a précisé Artcurial.
