I use to receive transcripts daily in the morning (amstrdam time).
We have had a online conference in the chatroom yesterday. I need this
transcripts (this was the reason for upgrading the account) and did
not yet get them today.
Can you please check if I have a chance to get them today?

For security purposes, we only store transcripts for a period of twenty-four hours following the last message entered for the day. Unfortunately, we're not able to provide with a copy of the transcript in need as it has been removed from our systems.
I apologise that you did not recieve this transcript.
We do offer a module, the Transcript Archive Module, that allows you to store, view, download, and eMail transcripts from the previous two weeks all from your control panel.
As you have another event coming up, I have added a 30-day free trial of the Transcript Archive module to your account. This will save any transcripts from today for 2 weeks.
If you'd like, you may purchase this module from the Upgrade/Renew link in your Customer Control Panel.
If you need further assistance you may reply to this ticket at anytime.

Donc, en d'autres termes, le compte-rendu de cette soirée de jeudi est perdu...!Even if I can understand your point, I am really angry now, as I sent my first mail just a few hours after I expected the transcripts. I usually get the transcripts au 9:45 and I sent my first request on 11:45... I do not ask for a copy of my transcripts, but I did not get them, even if I have paid for it...
The only reason why I upgraded my account was for that event, and the next one on March 30.
I got every transcript since the beginning, but not the one I needed.
I have of course no intention to control things happening in my chatroom and I do not want to follow this continuously. So I do not need an archive function. I do not intend to pay 75 additional dollar a year for this service.
I would like to know why this transcripts did not reach my mail box. Why were they not sent last Friday...
I hope the members of my forum will accept my apologizes for something which went wrong on your servers...

I can appreciate your upset due to the loss of this transcript, and again I can only apologise that we are not able to resend the transcript requested as it is no longer available.
As your original email didnt have any account information at the time we were unable to locate your account to do a resend of the transcript at that point and therefore had to wait for a response which then took us over the window of oppotunity to get this resent.
I have sent your concerns onto the development team regarding the loss of this particular transcript, especially when all others seem to get to you with no problems.
To try and make some amends to you, I would be happy to add a 1 month extension to your current service plan in a way of an apology if this would be acceptable?
Please let me know and I will do that for you.
Again please accept my apologies for the inconvienience and upset caused.
