Whisky-distilleries.info and Whisky Live Paris 2006: what is the link?
Whisky Live in Paris is organized for the third time by "La Maison du Whisky" this year. Maison du Whisky will celebrate its 50th anniversary this year, and therefore they will make this event unforgettable for all the whisky lovers. Whisky Live Paris 2006 is an essential event.
Partnership
The organizers of this major event have offered whisky-distilleries.info the possiility to become a partner, which
I was happy to accept.
Of course this does not mean the site or the associated forum will be lose anything of their independance and the direct
cooperation with "La Maison du Whisky" or "Whisky Magazine" is limited to this event.
In the practice, it just means
that all the information round Whisky Live Paris will be published here in order to inform the visitors of whisky-distilleries about
the organization before the meeting and the deal consists in the publication of impressions, interviews etc... during
the meeting. The latter will probably happen on the forum, since this will give it an interactive character.

Whisky Live Paris: the program
"Straight from the cask"
La Maison du Whisky and Whisky Magazine have decided to take on the challenge of bringing together more than fifty
distilleries and as many exclusive single casks, specially selected for the occasion. Nice perspective for us, whisky
lovers....

About 300 different bottles will be available for tasting on the various stands, and some rare editions and collectors
will be presented in the frame of seminars (a special fee will be charged). Amongst other seminars:

Even if Whisky Live will host other producing countries (Ireland, United States, Japan, France, India and Wales),
this site is entirely dedicated to Scotch whisky and Scotland... so the only mentioned distilleries will be the Scottish
ones. Of course, independent bottlers will also be indicated in the table below.
