Tullibardine is a distillery situated a few miles south of Glenturret,
just near the water bottling plant Highland Spring. The visit of
this distillery was not planned, but it has been one of the most
exciting visits.
Per chance, John Black came along, while I was taking some pictures
of the distillery. He invited us to have a closer look on the buildings.
The distillery is mothballed since years, and would be demolished.
Fortunately, a small investors group, (John Black, retired manager
of Old Pulteney is one of them) decided to revive this distillery.
Large repairing works are done currently, with amongst others, the
construction of a visitor centre.
It is the intention of the owners to sell exclusively single malt.

Whisky is an alcoholic drink. Let's prefer quality to quantity as the abuse
of alcohol beverages can damage the health.
Consuming alcoholic drinks during pregnancy, even in small quantities, can seriously affect the health of the child.
Consumption of alcohol impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems.
