Nice nose clearly marked by coconut. Pleasant impression of smoothness and balance, but few complexity perspectives, even if some acid notes appear after a while.
The mouth prolongs perfectly the nose, same coconut hints and same smoothness. This is just a Malibu, but fortunately without all this sugar! A great pleasure, specially when this little touch of acidity comes at the end.
The finish is rather short, but is perfectly in line with nose and mouth.
Excellent bottle, even if complexity is rather absent. But this is not a single malt neither....

Quite a perfumed floral nose, even if it is first rather discrete. After some aeration, it gets clearer and some cut grass impression appears above the floral notes, the whole being on quite a limited smells palette. Anyway, a very pleasant nose.
In the palate, strange hints of honey mixed to some slightly acid touches, some impression of too ripe fruit (nearly rotten strawberry...), very sugared and amazing. An "eau-de-cologne" taste (at least, the taste I imagine "eau de cologne" has) which make me think at gin. And some woody touches. Anyway quite an unusual taste, contrasting quite a bit with the nose.
The finish is rather trivial, first woody and then some smell of cheap perfume.

A very amazing nose, complex, marked by citrus fruits and woody hints. A spectacular nose, very "colourful", or even better, "odourful". The palate confirms the nose, even if it is a little "alcoholy", but that unpleasant impression disappears after a (short) while and a firework of fruity, (apples, nuts), buttery and some woody fragrances takes it over. A very nice finish too, with a good length, fruity and here there are some woody hints too, without dominating the whole.

The nose allies coconut hints to nice woody motes. Quite a complex and balanced whole. Some notes of unripe fruits bring some freshness to this whisky which seemed first to be more marked by chocolate/nutty notes.
The palate is quit rich in nuances and very pleasant too. This whisky shows a great maturity even if some woody notes are too much present.
Lingering and very pleasant finish.

What an expressive nose with very beautiful fruity notes with some nice hazelnut hints behind. A very nice balance between the gently woody smells and fruit (banana?) and pleasant vanilla sniffs. A touch of wet paper follows then. A very promising nose anyway.
The fruit remains present in the palate, still in perfect balance with the wood which remains as fine as it was during the nosing. After a while, very clear coconut hints appear. This is just "bounty", may be quite an acid bounty. Is this due to pineapple?
Very nice finish as well. Nice hints of coconut with a slight memory of rose wood.
