notes about more than 100 distilleries;
information over how whisky is made;
tasting and nosing notes and comment over many bottles;

Credits:

The tasting and nosing notes from the French "Maison du Whisky" (with their authorisation) and the excellent book (in Dutch, prefaced by Michael Jackson) "Schotse malt whisky" were very helpful during the investigations which preceded the making of this site. The greatest book ever written about the Scottish whisky distillery, "The making of Scotch Whisky" by John R.Hume and Michael S.Moss has inspired number of the pages on this site.

Some very interesting sites like "The whisky Portal" (excellent danish reference site) etc... provided me with many information.

The photos are mine where possible, but in many cases I didn't have own pictures of the distillery, I just took them from the web. If you recognize your own pictures, and if you prefer me not to use them, please let me know and I'll remove them.
