Malts of Scotland, fruit of the passion

Thomas Ewers is not really a bottler like all others. He is not a whisky passionate like all others neither. He is a whisky freak who began rather soon to collect not only bottles, but also casks. And from cask collection to independent bottling, the distance is not that great. And Thomas did not hesitate. And he was very quickly successful, fortunately for all of us.
Thomas is the first to be surprisec by his succes. His only criteria in selectingcasks is his own taste. Appearantly, his taste is shared by lots of whisky fans.
