Thomas Ewers n'est pas tout à fait un embouteilleur indépendant comme les autres. Il n'est pas non plus un passionné de whisky comme les autres. Il est un passionné qui est rapidement passé de la collection de bouteilles à celle de fûts. Et de la collection de fûts à l'embouteillage indépendant, il n'y avait qu'un pas que Thomas n'a pas hésité à franchir. Et le succès a été très rapidement au rendez-vous pour notre plus grand bonheur.
Thomas est lui-même étonné du succès de ses embouteillages. Son seul critère pour la sélection des fûts est son propre goût. Il semble qu'il soit partagé par beaucoup de monde.
