Gordon Wright, member of the Mitchell family who owns Springbank, and co-founder of Murray McDavid and the reborn Bruichladdich distillery founded the Alchemist Beverage Co whose goal is marketing the best wood matured spirits . The range Alc-hem -ist covers not only Scotch single malt but also Calvados and Armagnac.
